Business/Work Team Sign-Up

We are excited your team is going to take the Challenge! Complete this form and designate a point person as your Team Captain!

As Team Captain, you will receive a Commute Challenge Kit filled with posters, materials, and employee give-aways. We will deliver the Kits to you by bike or bus on Tuesdays and Thursdays April 19 through May 5th. After May 5th, call 541-682-6213 and we can make arrangements for them to be picked up.

*If your employees don't have access to the internet at home or on the job, we will provide you with paper options and instructions in your Commute Challenge Kit.

Business/ Work Team:
The name of your business/work team is important. Large businesses can register in several smaller work teams if that makes coordination easier. For example: The University of Oregon employees would not just have one team, but each department or group would register their team. So your work team might be named: "UO: Outdoor Program".
